The meeting of a lifetime occurred more than two decades ago at the one-time Corvinus Restaurant, and the two have been working side-by-side ever since. They reaped the first fruits of their hard work in 2011 when Onyx received its first Michelin star. All the milestones of their professional careers, restaurant and Bocuse d’Or successes have been the result of a shared effort. They are the driving force behind the kitchens at Stand25 and Stand: two chefs that don’t like to be called a duo.
